both teams. Couldn't have asked for a better game in front of
the rest of the world. Wonderful advert for the game.

Pretty gutting loss. Poor decision to make the final lineout
such a static target.
No complaints about the red. Annoyed that officials are so keen
to find meaningless mitigation for head contact (see the massive
head to head for just a yellow for the kiwis).
Harrison was dire at 10 and not having Rowland really hurt
England. Great game, for what it's worth :-(

Have to say, I did wonder if the head contact was simultaneous
with the shoulder. I don't know how the protocol works, if they
say "if there's the slightest contact with the shoulder and the
head immediately after hits head, then it can only be a yellow
card" then the ref had no choice. I don't know how prescriptive
their rules are, but to me it looked just as bad as the England
one.

The TMO seemed to decide it was a yellow before looking at the
footage.
Great game. I thought NZ deserved it for a great performance and
more all round flair.
For England to be in a position to snatch it at the end after
playing with 14 for 60 minutes in front of a home crowd was
amazing.
I thought a couple of decisions went against them at the end.
The ref gave no real advantage after an England penalty and
awarded NZ a penalty instead. And why did she go back to a
penalty at the end when the ball was within a metre of the NZ
line and available? Maybe I missed something.
Great advert for women’s rugby.

I think England had sealed off at one of the rucks.
There were some odd calls but it's not hard to find big mistakes
by England players that really cost us - Harrison several times
with the boot, Scarrett's defensive mistake at the start of the
second half that gave them a try, the way that final lineout was
set up, etc.

Have to agree, those little moments of inaccuracy cost England,
not the red card. Such a shame after a great tournament but a
hell of a game. Good old school England rolling those mauls and
using the power game.
Sadly, watching the men later will be an anti-climax
