Yes - I see you are correct
"Harlequins centre Andre Esterhuizen has been named in South
Africa’s 35-man senior squad to tour the Northern Hemisphere
next month, kicking-off against Ireland.
Esterhuizen, capped 14 times, is named alongside one other
Gallagher Premiership player - Leicester Tigers’ Jasper Weise.
South Africa have also named a 19-man South Africa ‘A’ squad.
Esterhuizen will look to earn his first international appearance
since claiming a 36-20 victory over Argentina in September.
The muscular centre will re-join Harlequins ahead of the Club’s
home Gallagher Premiership clash with Gloucester Rugby on
November 25."
I wonder why hew has been excluded from the Eng V SA match?

I think it is outside the formal international window. The RFU
deal with the clubs allows for a fourth November test (every
other year I think) so England players are released by English
clubs but that doesn't apply to players with other nationalities
nor would it apply to English players with clubs outside England
if that exception was ever used.
