Yes, his contract is up and with the England snub, he is looking
to maximise his contract with Quins or is serious about the move
to France. Where he will more than double his take-home pay.

Definitely mentioned on the BT Sport commentary, Paul Gustard
was mentioned too as he's at Stade already.

If he does go I’m sure it won’t be because Quins didn’t try to
keep him but more could not afford to keep him. The money only
stretches so far and we now need to find a new TH although I’m
sure Wilco releases enough cash to cover that.
