Bath have had a decent squad before we don't seem to get the
       most out of it

I would imagine that Shields is looking to head back to NZ now
       his England chances are over.
I would like to see us in the market for Tom Willis. He is a
hell of a good back-rower and not yet on the radar of Eddie.

He's gone to Ulster and will probably sign permanently.

Tom Willis has been linked with Ulster but AFAIK, he hasn’t
signed (I live in NI and Ulster are my second team so nothing
I’ve seen in the local media yet).
He’s also been linked with Bordeaux.

topic of being heavily penalised, it wasn't that long ago that
Will Collier probably took that award (and clearly he turned out
pretty nicely in the end). A different environment could make a
big difference, but I'm not sure we could afford him -
especially if he is away with England a lot.

I doubt Joe hates scrummaging against anyone. He seems to rather
enjoy it, and I can't recally him being dominated in the scrum
       for a long. long time.

Yes fair enough - you get the gist though I'm sure. I'm fairly
certain I've heard him in an interview say he has looked at an
opponents teamsheet and thought "damn, I've got him this week"
       (or words to that effect).

       Yes. Mine was fairly tongue-in-cheek.
On the flip side, I can't imagine many props relish coming up
       against Joe!
