Sorry to see him go. Fine scrummager, and puts himself about. No
fuss player who just gets on with his job. I wonder if his
return is linked to further Bok ambitions.
All the best to the big guy.

Will he see the season out may he go earlier, and a replacement
be lined uo already to come in soon

I’d expect him to see the season out, especially with Collier
       injured.
Worrying thought, though: one of the things that brought Wilco
to Quins was his friendship with Lewies. Makes me wonder if
Stephan might also be leaving at the end of the season. When’s
       his contract up?

Is that a bad thing? If he can put his injuries behind him maybe
but another one that we have barely seen since we won the
       league

Think I agree. With the smaller cap, having players that are
missing so much of the season is a strain. I know players
cannot help getting injured, and I am not saying just "dump"
him, but he has had rotten luck with injuries and, along with
Chisholm jnr, we hardly see them in the Quarters. If I were the
club and either contract is up, I would be thinking hard about
       offering a new deal.

I think there's a string possibly Lewies won't play again. He
has a split kneecap or something.

Yeah I heard that too, sounds nasty. I wouldn’t be surprised if
he were to retire which is a shame for him and us. Maybe this is
how we afford Launchbury and Kerrod promoted to No2 TH behind
collier we just need to bring in a cheaper option for depth.

Lewies needs replacing in the squad regardless, and I'd be
concerned if the seniors at the club didn't address that.
Launchbury as an injury joker and then a handsome salary top up
       with lewies/louws salary could work

Wow that sounds a horrific injury. Maybe not see him back then.

This is a tricky one. Kerrod is probably the best "third choice"
prop in the league but that said, he's still someway behind Louw
and Collier. The strength of our scrum was one of the defining
factors of our title win, so I'd be loathe to accept a downgrade
at prop so we could afford to bring Launchbury in full time.
Launchbury's a fine player, but his injury record isn't great
either and he's already 31. If we can get him on a reasonable
deal then great, but if we're going to break the bank for a
player then I'm not convinced he's the right one. You've been
banging the Ted Hill drum MQ, and just as an example, I'd see
       him as a better investment.
