       Issues with Lovells on-line Quins store - cancelled order

       Today I received a refund into my credit card from Lovell.
       Having logged in to my Lovells account I see that they have
       cancelled my order for the black Big Game shirt. What I find
       annoying and a tad discourteous is that not only did they not
       respond to my email 4 weeks ago regarding delays in shipping,
       but they have failed to let me know that they have now cancelled
       an order ... with no explanation.
       Be warned and keep a close eye on any on-line Quins orders that
       you may still be expecting....
