Suggesting that he is in advanced discussions with Stade
Francais. Would be gutted if March left, such a classy player.

Would be a big loss. Perhaps EJ has essentially told him forget
the WC so that makes Marchant's decision to cash in a bit
easier. He is out of contract at the end of this season so sadly
it could have legs.

Would be so gutted if this turns out to be true. Absolute glue
player for me and one of the first names on the team sheet.

Maybe he's not that keen on being shunted out onto the wing so
often, plus Eddie's strange selections won't help.

Perhaps, but then EJ is gone post RWC. Surely he’d want to be in
the picture for the new regime?

Possibly, but could do a Huw Jones and go on a one year deal,
and then can re-assess his options.
Frankly he should be in the WC squad, and I doubt many England
fans would have Porter playing ahead of Joe

I'd suspect it's the start of the middle/mid-high earner
squeeze, rather than a lack of individual/international
ambition.
Sure, international rugby is great, but he might not want to be
away on tours each year, and SF might have said we'll pay what
you might miss out on.
It's all speculation and "might" until it's confirmed. Hope he
stays.

Not sure I see the logic of giving somebody else a shot at
impressing the new coach.
For me, a better one year deal would be at Quins to see if he
has more success under the new England management.

Can see him leaving for a hefty and well-deserved payday

I hope it's not true but with EJ & us playing him on the wing, I
could understand if they give him an opportunity for good money.
And if he gets 2 good seasons, would be on the radar of the new
England coach for when he comes back. I think he's a massive
player for both us and England so wouldn't want him to leave.
