       Yes - I have used it a few times (3 or 4 I think).
Basically, it does work - but:
       1. The web page is really, really, slow to load.
       2. The first time you use it you have to enter lot of details
(e.g. your payment card). This takes a while and is not easy
doing it from a mobile phone.
       3. You can schedule your beer pick up time. But, not all time
slots are available. But there is an ASAP option.
       4. The app gives you a QR code that you show to the guy at the
counter. But, he doesn't appear to have a QR code reader :-).
So, you basically just tell him what you ordered and he goes and
       fetches it.
       5. The counter closes at some point after the game. So, if this
happens, you need to go to the Robshaw bar and show your QR code
to the supervisor who then gets you your beer.
I find that the best time to use it is when we are waiting for
the team to complete their lap of honour, you have a few minutes
to log in and order a beer. Then, after the lap of honour has
finished, you stroll to the bar and get your beer.

Yep, it works perfectly and is far faster than queuing.

the crowd need to be entertained every minute of the game, even
when a player is down being treated by the medical teams. The
beer was good though. Noticed the menus for the real ale bar
(Quins Head) don't actually list any of the real ales they have
on sale, but the queues were small, possibly as a result! North
Stand area seemed a great improvement, even if it did mean
having to park the motorbike in the Rosebine.

The music throughout the game breaks in play at can almost put
up with, although could do without it
It’s just the volume of the PA ahead of KO, it was terrible
Think maybe it’s got more to do with the target audience the
club seem to want rather than the “Old farts” like many of us
with a good few grey hairs etc

Does anyone else use the reflink to listen to commentary during
       the match?
Mine has been distorted and quiet the last couple of games, not
sure if I need a new one or if everyone has had the same issue.

I've had mine for maybe three years and still working fine but
perhaps you need a new one. I originally bought it to listen to
the ref but if the game is being broadcast live I sometimes
listen to the commentary. Either way it's really handy.

Yep, had the same thought and put a new battery in at the
weekend. Time for me to buy a new one by the sound of it.

Yes, and I find sound quality variable

Just make sure you turn it off properly after using it. I
managed to completely drain the new battery I'd put in for the
Sarries game by not checking it was switched off, so it had to
sit dumb in my pocket for the Saints game!
