I meant the competition called the premiership is a farce. It's
what suffers from all this nonsense.

If you believe the sports science then having a 10 week lay-off
(or at least a significant break) is incredibly important for
players, whilst I'm gutted that we won't see Smith and Care this
weekend - it may be important come the business end of the
season.

I think we are in for a long afternoon. Hope I am wrong
As much as I like them both as players, Im starting to think
Lewies and Chisholm spend too much time out of the side injured.

Agreed in the current cap space environment a players ability to
churn out lots of games a season without injury is increasingly
important to having a strong squad capable of winning stuff.
IMO - and I do feel a bit cruel saying this - but Chis and
Lewies are far too injury prone for the cap space they are on
and if the club has got its business hat on then they should
offload them ASAP.

Sorry, I was already worried before their 'rested'
internationals were made available, their punishment was never
enough, where were all these over paid players supposed to go ?
Of course they stayed, Saracens continue to benefit, their squad
is frankly ridiculous, it will be years before this has properly
worked through

If we can’t field all of our England stars, can we at least turn
the heating up in their dressing room and let the tyres down on
their cars?
All jokes aside, I agree that Chishom and Lewies are certainly
creeping into the more injured than playing realms.

Looking forward to seeing how Head, Hammond, Herbst and Gjaltema
go against real quality opposition.
Care, Smith and Andre will obviously be missed, but with our
four best props available the scrum should give us a decent
platform.

Agreed! Massive underdogs today so whatever we get out of it is
a bonus.

Yup. Sarries definitely favourites on paper. Although hoping a
rocking Stoop and some ringrust from Sarries come in to play.

I only put this one down for a BP at the top end on the roadmap.
