Danny Care on Harlequins, England and Premiership derby days

Danny Care is looking to see his Harlequins side return to the
Premiership final this season following a semi-final loss last
time out.

He says it's great that we get to play Sarries this season with
all out internationals, but I'm not sure that will be the case.
Not sure what the rest period rules are, but guessing we'll
still be missing Care and Smith, and they will presumably be
without Farrell, Billy, Itoje, George and probably some others
I've missed.
No doubt someone will put me right if I'm wrong though

I think you're probably right re Care and Smith - last week we
saw that Walker and Marchant had applied to the Professional
Game Board for permission to return to the game early as they
hadn't played in Australia. We haven't (yet) seen the equivalent
application for Care and Smith so my guess is that if they do
apply for, and are granted, permission for an early return then
the best we may get from them is that they're on the bench.
An added wrinkle is that Care will soon be taking paternity
leave.

Can't remember how many games Genge played for England over the
Summer, but he was able to get special permission to postpone
his rest before X, so he started vs Bath on Friday (and scored 2
tries)

Also, if Smith gets granted an early return, surely all the
Sarries England players would be eligible to play too (assuming
they request to, of course)...

Times saying Farrell May play on Saturday decision being made
‘end of week’. He has permission due to missed games last year.
