It was a great try from Lennox and I think he had a pretty good
game overall.
I know what you mean, but I don’t know whether he’ll be ‘equally
effective’ as Andre though. That’s not a slight on him as Andre
is one of the best 12s in the world.
At this stage, I’ll settle for him putting in a string of
similarly good performances.

Thought the second half was encouraging, don’t think we will
ever learn from the wide passes and intercepts, but it’s been
like that for years, and when it works it’s what make the game
entertaining
But really hoping we can just cut down on interceptions next
week or it could be a long afternoon at home

Check out both their wingers for Lenny's try. Radwan too
knackered to be remotely useful and Earle jogging looking like
the tank was empty.

Radwan is a younger Christian Wade. Give him the ball and he has
the gas and flair for something special. But sadly, you don’t
have 100% possession in a game. His defensive work/positioning
is suspect and at international level that’s a no go for
selection.

Although I equally can't understand why he doesn't appear to
rate Murley.

Anyone know when the full match is usually available on PRTV? So
far it's only got the Bristol game.

As it was on PRTV it wasn't going to be made available until
24hrs after the game.

That's what I thought. Seems it was a bit late. Anyway, it's on
now. Cheers!

I think this is a pretty good comparison. I’d say Wade was a
better attacker, but he also played in better teams than Radwan
which probably skews it a bit. Radwan is a better defender than
Wade, but OK rather than notably good.
As well as defence/positioning, the other piece is the aerial
side. Radwan is just OK when it comes to dealing with high balls
or chasing kicks. When you’ve got someone like Tommy Freeman who
scores more tries and is significantly better at the things
Radwan isn’t great at, it’s pretty obvious why he’s not higher
up the pecking order.
I didn’t think his try was anything that special either?
No-one’s talking about Earle’s but they weren’t drastically
different IMO.

Just managed to see the game. We'd have lost that sort of match
a few years ago: you can really see our development.
Both sides a little flat until after they scored their last try,
when we really cranked up the intensity (Dombrant at the
forefront) and they had no answer.
Lineout was very good (Head had a good game and justified his
selection). Scrum worryingly inconsistent, given the front row
talent we have. Maul defence missing Symonds. But Herbst looked
decent on his first outing in the prem and Hammond looked really
athletic.
Evs was good when he came on. Allan kicked well and Gjaltema
looked really sharp. Lenny had a good game and starred in one of
those Quins speciality worldie tries. Northmore and Murley had
quiet games: Marchant made a difference when he came on. David
was very good too and Green was lively.
5 points from a trip to Falcons is always welcome: I think
that's a better return than last year?
