Ugh. I forgot how negative some people are on match days.
It’s fair to say we’ve blown 2 or 3 decent opportunities and
gifted them 2 easy tries they did nothing for.
That said, we’re quite clearly the better side ball in hand and
really should be going in comfortably ahead.

Pearce is an absolute disgrace, once again. Pick and choosing
laws to ref. Their second try their line picked the ball up in
an offside position in the ruck. And then their players running
back through our bbackline and clearly disrupt our play. It’s
obvious.

Why the lazy runner was not penalised I have no idea. Pearce's
desire to let the game flow should not be at the expense of
calling the right decisions.

Scoring a few tries against a poor Tonga team isn’t the right
benchmark though.
He wasn’t at his best by his own admission last season. I’d
still pick Murley ahead of him for England.

Think we’re the better side, two opportunistic tries we’ll taken
by Radwan and Earle but I think if we keep playing we’ll pick up
the win.

Blaming the ref is a poor look. Quins are throwing this game
away. Aside from Gjaltema everyone is having a shocking game.
