Did Murley come off early against Leinster? I may be imagining
it, but it looked like he'd tweaked something, maybe a
hamstring.

While I’d normally prefer to have two full wingers, I think it
makes lots of sense to have both Marchant and Northmore around
Anyanwu as he finds his feet. Murley’s an obvious starter if fit
as well, as he has the skill set to play 13.
I think that, absent Lewies, Quins will probably start with
Hammond and Lamb if he’s fully fit, with Herbst on the bench (or
swap Herbst and Lamb if the latter is short of match fitness).
Lamb and Herbst feels a bit too much like having two disruptive
/ scrummaging locks without a primary lineout jumper. That said,
Herbst’s unusual physique (it’s like someone welded a prop’s
upper body to a lock’s legs) might mean he’ll turn out to be a
real all rounder.
I also noticed that Kenningham took a lot of lineout ball in the
warmups, and his lifters were getting him high enough to offset
his relative lack of height. With Jurevicius and Lewies also
spending time at 6, it may be that we’re aiming to have 3
primary jumpers.

I think both Evans and Kenningham in the back row at the same
time does not give a good starting balance. They are both great
players but assuming Dommers at 8 either Chis or Lawday needs to
be the other back rower to give more balance.

May well be, and I can see why you'd say that, but Kenningham
offers a lineout option (valuable, especially depending on which
locks are selected), and keep in mind that they were paired up
to start the Scottish game. Likely to be a close call is
everyone is fit and available for selection. The overall balance
in the middle and back row may be the thing that decides it.

The other thing about Kenningham is that he carries much harder
than it looks like he should - and from the Richmond game it
looked like he’d used his time off to bulk up quite a bit. I
don’t think he gives away much in doing the physical stuff to
Lawday or Chis, but offers more pace, more at the breakdown and
a genuine lineout option.
It’s early to be making big predictions about his career, but
the Baby Robshaw tag he apparently has in the squad looks apt.
Kenningham/Evans/Dombrandt is very close to being a quicker
version of Robshaw/Skinner/Easter, and that was a nicely
balanced back row.

It feels like a big season for James Chisholm. If he can stay
fit he should be pushing for a starting spot, but at the moment
he has slipped down the pecking order and probably wouldn't make
most people's squads, let alone start

If everyone was fit, I would expect quite a bit of rotation in
the back row, especially as everyone except Evans and Dombrandt
plays at least two positions. Baby Chis is great when he's fit -
and has that lovely knack of being in the right place at the
right time, as in the Bristol semi-final - but his body can
clearly only take so much punishment.
