we’re focusing this week on the rugby, and I think there is

Care explained it pretty well in the BBC pod. Rather than a
blanket 10 weeks, there seems to be more of an individualised
approach based on minutes played, age, expectations of the
       coming season, position, etc..
On balance, imo that probably makes more sense but it is less
transparent. And therefore more open to abuse, I guess.

Farrell missed 4 months injured last season. Mako also missed
several months. Doubt Maro will be playing but you never know...

Irrelevant. Either the rules apply to everyone or teams will
gain an unfair advantage (although as an observant Salarycens
fan, you don't need telling that)

I'm not saying it's relevant or not, it appears clubs can
negotiate with mitigation, and I simply pointed out that
workload for those 2 hasn't been enormous.
Anyway I assume you'd want Farrell to play? Can't run can't
       tackle can't pass...

I would have thought that having been injured shouldn't really
count in a player's favour in terms of being considered less
workload and therefore allowing an earlier return. Surely
       proceed with more caution.
This isn't a gripe about Sarries, just seems a bit of a silly
system. Walker may not have played on tour, but still trained
and so wasn't on a complete break

It doesn’t matter who plays for Quins, they aren’t capable of
       beating Sarries at the moment.
