       Sarries
       Quins
Northampton- similar to Quins, young and exciting squad. Are
       only going to get better
       Gloucester/tigers/Exeter/sale
I think Tigers could struggle with the players they lost and the
constant links of Borthwick to the England job over the next 6
       -12 months.
Bristol- slightly unknown after last year. Not sure the players
they bought fix the issues they had
Sale- lost a lot of experience in the saffas going. Still yet to
be fully convinced by the Sanderson project
       Exeter- similar to Bristol

       Saracens
       Tigers
       Saints
       Quins
I agree with @SwindonQuin’s tip of Gloucester as a wildcard.
They have a very settled squad and aren’t really impacted by
test call-ups. Skivington has been doing a good job of getting
their nuts and bolts game in to a good place. If they can build
on that and find a way to unleash their back three players,
they’ll be top 4 contenders IMO.
I’m surprised at the confidence in Bristol and surprised that
       more haven’t tipped Saints.
I can see Bristol being excellent and poor in equal measure.
When everyone is fit and available, they will be a strong side
but their squad is lacking depth and in the test windows in
particular, they’ll be fielding a weak team.
Saints are similar to Gloucester. The raw material is good,
they’ve bought well and have a nice, well balanced squad that
isn’t ravaged by call-ups. The unknown quantity is Dowson as
head honcho, but as he’s an in-house appointment, it’s not as
though he’s unfamiliar to the squad.

I think that Leicester have lost too much quality in the off
season and will struggle to replicate last season's form.
       Quins
       Sarries
       Gloucester?
       Saints?
       Tiggers?

Having done the roadmap recently, I can see why Tabs is a bit
down on our chances this season. We will be missing some key
players to internationals, and we've got some tough games in the
       6N window especially.
I think Sarries are the certainty for Top 4, but thereafter it's
going to depend on injuries, callups and who adapts best to the
players they've lost. Gloucester are a decent shout, and you'd
expect Exeter and Tigers to be in the mix even with their squad
       disruption.
Quins could be up there if we get a little luck and momentum,
especially if we can keep Evans and Kenningham fit for the whole
season. But we will need a second loosehead and a 12 to step up.
I'd feel a lot more confident if we had Huw Jones for another
season, as he was a pretty decent alternate for Andre.
My guess is that Bristol will need another year to integrate
their new players (and don't forget they screwed up their
contracts and had to hold onto a bunch of players they'd have
let go while losing some they wanted to keep).
