Got their first win against New Zealand in New Zealand!
Quite glad the All Blacks are losing a bit more often as I think
it’s good for rugby not having one dominant team!

I think it’s almost impossible to read too much in to results
right now, but it does create an interesting build up to the
       RWC.
With all that said, I wouldn’t expect that it changes anything
that drastically. Individual results might throw up some
surprises, but I would still expect the same last 8 (France, NZ,
SA, Ireland, Australia, Wales, England, Argentina).
Fiji and Japan are the most likely to challenge that, but for
all of Fiji’s talent, they haven’t looked particularly good
recently. I also think Japan were massively helped by home
advantage last time round and they also pretty much had all of
their top players in a season long training camp prior to the
tournament which they probably won’t be able to do this time.

I am looking for Fiji to knock over Wales or Australia.
It maybe a year too early but with Fiji Dura playing Super rugby
all their squad is now playing professional rugby somewhere -
either in Europe/Japan or super rugby. I read somewhere that the
Dura provided 16 players for the recent Fijian squad.
Previously these players would have gone from Fijian club rugby
or something like NZ NPC rugby.
In addition isn't former English players like Nathan Hughes now
       eligible for Fiji.

Great result for Argentina. Well played Australia too. Didn't
allow SA to get into the game, and played some very good rugby.
       But Nic White... Oh dear!

The existence of the Drua should really help - as long as it
stays and isn’t a short lived experiment. Also Vern Cotter is a
very good/experienced coach who should be able to get them
       playing well as a team.
It isn’t coming together ATM though. They we’re 3rd in the
Pacific Nations Cup they really should be winning and Sireli
       Bobo isn’t impressed:

They’re a banana skin type side and I wouldn’t rule out the
possibility of them pulling off an upset, but I don’t know
whether they’d have the consistency to perform well enough to
       get to the QFs.

good ja. Very good, three cheers for Sireli Bobo.

Maybe we should give Garcia Botta back to the Pumas? Do our bit
to support them? Selfish to keep him for Quins, surely.
