Same here, got the 2022/23 badges, but nothing else. My packages
were all opened, but didn’t know anything about a 10 yr badge,
so hadn’t missed it.

Don’t think so I am either 21 or 22 years STH/Debenture and I
have an ordinary badge!

A couple of seasons ago the club started doing 10yr, 15yr & 20yr
badges. You used to use the Quins Reward points to claim them (I
have my 10 year badge). Maybe they've tweaked it now the reward
scheme has changed so that you now get the relevant badge when
you've been a ST holder that long (i.e. when it's your 15th
season, thy send out the 15yr badge)?

They are almost indistinguishable. I didn't know our 4 were any
different from each other until my kids started squabbling over
wanting one of the 2 gold ones...

Good job I brought both cards, the first one i received didn't
work, I assume it was cancelled when they sent the second one
which did
work.
