Ours had 10yr+ badges in too which made the journey ok.

Still not received our 2 cards so rang the club and they have
emailed us tickets for the Leinster match. They asked for anyone
not going to the match to give until 5th September to contact
them and then to do so by email
Editing to add that it was very smoothly done with no hassle at
all

An absolute shambles, some still not received theirs and I

It has always been the case-at one time it was both Management
of the team and back office which was poor. At present the
former is much improved but the latter terrible. I hope this
does not extend into the accounts/finance dept -we do not want a
Warriors fiasco!
Who is the named individual responsible for Membership admin?

Received both my boys (they're not boys, 20 and 21 I just pay!)
at least a week ago, no sign of mine. Both arrived unsealed,
badge and card loose. Seriously, just put them in an envelope
and make sure they arrive safely, securely and on time, they
represent several hundreds of ££ each.......

May not be the club, there are postal strikes ongoing

There hase been 2 Royal Mail Strikes so far.
Friday 26th and today Wednesday 31st august
Why would that affect AdrianB getting TWO ST cards and many more
not getting anything with only 3 days to go?
I’d imagine because they are delivered via the post, mine didn’t
arrive until last Saturday ..strangely enough delivered by the
postman 😀

They may well have been sent out at separate time, thus some
being post strike affected, others not. Having said that, the
strikes long enough ago that they should have been received by
now. Still no sign of my 2 though

Phone the club! I did and they emailed me the tickets for

Update!
In the last hour, postie has delivered our 2 ST's. As others
reported, one of the packages was unsealed but fortunately card
and badge still inside.
I note the postage (and likely the packaging) was supplied by
Whistl. I was part of a team bidding to refurb their offices
some time ago. When they admitted in the interview that they
drove their suppliers down to the limit on cost, we withdrew
from the process. It seems to be that they still operate on that
basis!
