I tried links in a few different emails sent by the club with no
luck. As with much of the advice on here I have emailed the
club.

Why bother them? They’ve got plenty to do. Your ticket isn’t
late.

If that was about my post, I emailed them about the donators
ticket as the links provided weren’t working and not about my
season ticket. As far as I am aware the only way to get your
ticket for the donators event is by going through the link to
get it. As I would quite like to go to the event I think
emailing the customer service team is perfectly acceptable.

When you say the it Isn’t working wgat do you mean?
When I select the link in the email sent 25th July I am directed
to a login page , do you not get the same?

That happens for me, I login and there isn’t any option for the
event on there.

I keep trying but I can’t find anything to do with the donor
event on any link no matter what I try. I am terrible at this
kind of thing and can never find stuff hidden away. I also hate
ticketshiester.

It was in an email on the 25th July. You must use the link in
the email.
