Still not received new membership card, anyone else?

Quins sent out an email on the 12th suggesting ne membership
cards would be received within a week, I've not had mine yet,
anyone else waiting, or have got theirs already?

While we are talking about membership packs, the email has a
link to claim your ticket for the donors event. When you click
it there’s nothing on it for that event. Has anybody else
managed to claim their ticket? I haven’t had my membership pack
yet.

I had this as well, and then checked my email and realised I'd
booked in to the event weeks ago already! I assume in getting a
ticket means the option of getting one disappears from the
website. Could you have done the same?

Watch it again, looks like a facetime recording, person in mini
window top left I am guessing is away from home, main window his
mother/grandmother is opening his members pack.

I don’t think so. I will double check. As the tickets are free
and they know who the donators are I would assume that they
would just send them out to those that qualify.
