Hmmm 🤔 didn’t we get the better part of the deal when
Symons arrived. Not too unhappy good squad player and I’d hope
cheap but not exactly exciting news.

Massively underwhelming, would have preferred an up and coming
championship player rather than someone who’s never been great.
However he’s a long way down the pecking order so hopefully
won’t be needed much

Average. I was never massively impressed and would of preferred
a younger option with potential. Still, if he’s replaced CSW
from the squad last season it won’t really impact things too
much

Good squad option. Doubt he'll play much, but imagine he won't

He’s a lucky lad to get a contract. Been playing second division
out in Japan where he went to get away from ‘the relentless
monotony of Premiership training’ and left Wasps as Dai was not
keen on a new contract. Let’s hope he has grown up and will
settle down. 2 small kids now. Good luck Charlie hope your hands
have improved.

Welcome back, Charlie Matthews. He seemed to kick on and toughen
up when he was at Wasps. Nothing amazing, but he is another good
squad signing, that adds some Premiership experience, which we
have lost.
He will be a good role model for Hammond and the other
up-and-coming Locks.

Bearing in mind PRL clubs have to reduce the salary limit this
year (well, most clubs anyway), he's a decent signing on
(presumably) not a fortune in wages.
