L don't have a problem with Care starting, JvP coming on in the
las half hour to inject some pace when the game might just open
up could be a decent choice.

5 completed tackles and 4 missed tackles (equal highest)
according to England stats - hardly shutting down the midfield.

You really can't read too much into a 13 missing tackles without
looking at the tackles themselves. A lot of the time their job
is to simply stop the ball from moving wider, or to give your
team mates time to drift if it does get wider. Both of these can
be done even if the tackle is missed.

I don't get why anyone would assume EJ is picking his best team
every week and that those not selected are dropped and those
selected are deemed supreme. Surely the summer tour is the best
time to experiment a bit, without chucking a load of kids in the
deep end together?

One thing that didn't get discussed a lot last week and I've
seen it when we've played Tigers, is the amount of time Steward
bites in in defence and leaves the winger with a 2 on 1. He'll
need to curb that and trust the 13 else sides will just keep
spreading wide.
I'm not having a pop at last seasons golden boy but he will have
to fix that at international level. Is that what you see
TigerBurnie or does he trust Tigers defence a bit more?

IIRC we conceded a try in the first Test where he did that, but
on second viewing the problem was Cokanasiga. And that's part of
the problem - unfamiliarity with players inside and frankly some
of them have been really struggling.

We look utterly clueless so far, and if Australia had better
awareness and better end product skills we would already be in
big trouble.
Danny is having a shocker so far as well.
