Of course STH don't pay the £25 but if 1000 pay £25 an easy 25k
earned. Also from what I remember games don't sell out until a
week before fixture at the earliest, so why pay £25 you will
still be able to get tickets when they go on general sale.
If it had been an associate members scheme could have
understood, but this seems to be another attempt at a money
       making scheme.

this before I really post an opinion as if they have sold more
then its fair play, but if its less or a similar amount then
       they are being naughty.

       Why would it be naughty?

Because they are closing a STH scheme to attempt to make more
money, (why can't they be open with STH numbers) this is ok
short term but not a good long term strategy. Its fine with the
way things are at present but most of us are aware of the roller
coaster of Quins and if in 3 years time we are 8th - 13th in
league crowds will quickly drop off, and season tickets will be
       available.
Sell as many Season Tickets as possible, (just leave enough
seats to meet away sides obligatory allowance).

season tickets approx 2 thirds of capacity seems about right to
       me.

They haven't closed the STH scheme - it's full. They've always
had a set number of STHs, afaik, and I don't recall them being
particularly secretive about what that number is; I'm sure
they'd tell you if you asked.
If the club had cancelled some STs so they could make more money
from the seats I'd say that would be naughty.

For a few South Stand tickets only. Last season, even with
demand I managed to get a seat for friends in our block in gold
       - discount was v helpful and one of the only benefits given
we're on the wrong side of the ground for the member's bar.

yeah this isn't new -- they did the same a few years back when
we were rubbish and john kingston was busy destroying the club
