You’re spot on there but Lamb and Herbst are 119kg and 121kg
respectively which combined is the same as Tizard and Symonds
       who are 120kg each.

Dino Lamb is a terrific player. His consistent runs in the
starting line up over the last 2 seasons have shown us the
player he can be: quick, skilful, athletic and dynamic. He was
unfortunate to get his injury while scoring against Bath. He had
been great in the first half of the season. Honestly, he and Tiz
were really putting the pressure on Symo and Lewies and were
certainly the future pairing, until Tiz broke our hearts!
Hammond has looked similarly athletic and seems to have bulked
up in the last month or so. I really love Matas and the way he
       plays too.
Herbst may be the 'beast mode' player we lack. Lewies has a
       great all round game.
If we can keep these 5 fit and firing then I am happy with the
       quality of our engine room.

I’m happy with the quality. The question mark is the depth.
Is 5 enough? I think he short answer is no. I think we need at
least 1 more, possibly 2 if we consider Jurevicius as a 6 who
       can cover lock.

There's no way Hammond is too lightweight to be a lock. He's put
on some timber in the last year and is likely to put more on,
but he's already big enough anyway.

Problem is, I doubt we will keep all 5 fit. Lewies tends to be
in and out the side, and Lamb is another that seems quite
unlucky with injuries. It would be a big risk imho not to bring
in another lock, esp as we have none in the Academy

To be fair, you are unrelenting positive about everyone and
asking you to be critical is like asking the queen to swear!
Matas seems undersized (height as well as weight) for lock and
we're short on pure numbers. A couple of injuries will see us
reaching for an emergency medical signing.
(For those talking about Robson - player sizes have gone up a
       gear since then!)

Yeah, Robson headbutted a scrum-half. Your modern lock would
have to kneel down to do that.
