Do we get 50% of the full price or 50% of the discounted STH
       price?

       I believe it's 50% of full price.

Yes - 50% of the full price.
The issue here isn't that members only get 50%. The issue is
that the club wrote to members asking for donations to the
foundation. They did not say in that communication that the
reason for the request is because the club will now be using the
resale funds for other items. The communication was incredibly
       disingenuous.
If the club wants to change the focus of where the 50% is spent,
that is fine - but do not then write to the fans in advance of
that announcement trying to pull the wool over people's eyes.
On a separate note, I so wish that the club communications
separated out mens team / ladies / academy etc so that we could
opt in or out depending on our interests.

50% of the price the ticket was sold at. So if sold on a
concession price to a senior or a child ticket you get less
       money back.

There are certain areas where there are no concessions though.

I was told by email that something from Quins would be sent to
me soon. It turned out to be the begging letter. I'm only a mere
jester and saw £250 which I thought was a lot. £25 maybe. If it
was the only charity I donate to ,no problem but it isn't.
Just a thought but is this change because of some tax
       reason?

There's no way I can afford to spend £250 on Quins' charitable
doings. Get some of the rich backers to dip their hands into
their pockets if they want to feel smug and signal their virtue.

No truer words written. Always the money men and women with the
tight pockets relying on the working class to provide the money.
       Some cheek.

Virtue signalling is when you do something that takes no effort
in order to make yourself look better.
So setting up and funding a foundation to use rugby to improve
people’s lives really isn’t virtue signalling, regardless of how
it’s paid for. It would have been easier to just change their
       Facebook avatar.
If we’re going to use ludicrous phrases that people throw around
as insults on social media in our brave new world where there
are no boundaries to rudeness, could we at least aim to use them
       more precisely.
You might as well say Cancer Research are virtue signalling,
certainly I went into one of their shops the other day and
couldn’t find anyone researching cancer, there were just some
old ladies trying to flog an old rocking horse and some books
       and jumpers.
