Yeah, I saw the match. I'd rather rewatch the incident on a big
TV in HD, though. 🙂

Well I've had a look and that is in no way a decisive punch.
From the only angle it could also be Esterhuizen putting
Farrell's hand in Marchant's face 🙂. As you said, JG,
there's a dodgy arm movement from Marchant first too.

I didn't say that, and it's not true. I also have no idea what's
wrong with your eyes. Every single non Quins fan I know who
isn't a raving Sarries fan has that pegged as a punch to the
face.

It doesn't matter how many people think something, it doesn't
make it an incontrovertible fact.
I'm saying, looking at that single angle you can't give someone
a red card. So, unless there's another angle, no citing because
it would be wasting everyone's time.

That's nuts. Sorry! :-) That is a very clear view of Farrell
deliberately striking Marchant in the face. Genuinely impossible
to see it any other way.

You don't necessarily need more than one angle. The second punch
seems worse as it clearly rocks Joe's head back. What's
astonishing is how close the TMO is, and yet no review?

Hold your phone or tablet as close as you can to your eyes
within focus, it will then be just like watching on a massive
screen.
