Direct debit - season ticket

Does anyone else pay for 2 or more season tickets? In my
advanced notification email they repeated my membership number
twice instead of mine and my partner's. I also thought today was
the first direct debit payment day which hasn't been taken.
No response from the club either which is odd as they are
usually good to respond

nothing taken from my account for either of our season tickets
despite the 7th of June showing as the first installment

Thanks All, that makes me slightly less nervous. Classic anxious
worrier thinking they've gone and sold one of my season tickets
to someone else and is expecting my girlfriend to sit on my lap
this season!!! ;D

FYI just got a response from the ticket office saying that as my
account is the main account that's why the error occurred. They
confirmed i will be paying for both season tickets. I assume you
will be exactly the same. No idea when payment is being taken
however!

Same story here
My partner got an email saying sorry to see you go etc so I
phoned and they confirmed that both had been renewed and under
her season ticket number so there is a glitch. No funds taken as
of this morning either
