Just got a text to say Pingit is closing. Is that the cash we
put on our new style Visa season tickets? In which case are
those going to be useless for payments next season?
The system seemed absolutely rubbish anyway - I set up an
auto-renewal which never worked.

The club also sent an email earlier today. New cards to be
issued

There could be a bit of chaos for our first home game of next
season just like there was this season with large queues and
people unable to enter the ground because they brought the old
card card.

Guaranteed chaos in the first home game with people having old
cards which won't work, gotta remember to get there early to
avoid the obvious queues there will be for people wanting to see
the back-to-back champions 😉

Just been onto Pingit and have returned the balance to my
account, now just have to worry about the points balance.
Maybe they can have the cards ready in time for the Leinster
friendly and we can all test drive them then, that would then
reduce the issue at the first home game, else open a bit earlier
on that day in line with the new North Stand works.
Although bot all their fault at the beginning of this season,
hopefully they can implement changes from the learnings.

Unused points get cleared at the end of June.
