Surely Morris is gone, whether or not he would have featured.
Both wev and dommers went off with knocks, hopefully nowt too
serious.

probably the big thing, we got through reasonably unscathed."

Hopefully Morris is just a sprained ankle, given that he simply
seemed to go over his ankle while scoring. If so, he could
realistically be back by next weekend. As you say, Wev and
Dombrandt are hopefully just knocks, so it's possible that
nobody's badly injured. So personally, I'm going to trust Tabs
on this one.

I'm not convinced we needed to take any risks. Sarries clearly
weren't and they have some experience in these things.
Then again, how on earth are we champions?
Glad it's not my call.

Back from Exeter. A great game of rugby with some curious
things going on! Exeter are genuinely dangerous at the breakdown
and are allowed to get away with it. Look at what happened to
Kenners in the home game. So many people coming in at the side
and off feet. They have gone down in my estimation.
We played very well on the counter-attack with some really
lovely incisive moves. I was so pleased for Evans and Morris to
get on the scoresheet. If Morris is out (which looks likely, I
think) I can report that Murley was in the travelling team and
was warming up as usual before the game.
Danny and Marcus coming off was good, it gave Lewis and Tommy a
bit of time - they both did well. Chis and Hammond also got some
more minutes. We may well need everyone to be get us over the
line next week. Hopefully Evans and Dommers are fine. I think
they both took a sensible decision to come off, even though in
Dommers' case we ended up being down to 14 for 10 minutes. Far
better he is right for next week.
The main thing for me was seeing Tyrone back. He looked lively
and engaged as always. Brilliant. He will be important next
week.
Second time at Sandy Park. Some of the Exeter fans were lovely
and chatty. Others were affronted that people came from another
place to cheer on another team! Very odd! I am glad that we are
a better quality of fan (and only argue with each other!!!)

A better quality of fan? Every team has their share of d***
heads.
I was stood with some lovely Chiefs’ fans. In fact, surrounded
by about 30 of them. Good conversation and handshakes at the
end. Everyone very welcoming.

I am aware of that, I was being slightly tongue in cheek, hence
the comment in brackets! Glad you had a good time. We had a
decent time with most of the Exeter fans too.

As always enjoyed the trip to Sandy Park, did hear some odd
comments from home fans, but the majority where excellent as
always and one message came across loud and clear from them “ Go
and spoil Sarries come back season”
Glad I’ve got my tickets that’s for sure as imagine with the
free for all there won’t be many available for long
