I too watched the game back and thought that we had our hands on
the ball for turnovers several times which weren’t given the
worst one being near the end where Andre clearly had his hands
on the ball trying to wrench it out of the other player’s
clutches and it went forward but they got a scrum put in. They
also kept going over the top of rucks and laying on top while
interfering with the ball or 9. Hence DC getting frustrated. I
don’t think any of this caused us to lose like some of his other
shockers( Northampton) but it does seem dangerous to be allowed
to fly into rucks at odd angles like they do.
It was a great game with loads of tries to keep the people
entertained. In fact The Tigers game was the only disappointing
score line with hardly any points or tries compared to the rest
of the games.

successful turnover - with hands on ball: just touching it isn’t

Though the way it was reffed on Saturday, you basically had to
prise it out of the hands of the ball carrier.
Danny, Joe and Matt’s reactions were silly, but you could
understand that they were frustrated with what Exeter were being
allowed to get away with at every ruck.

It's made harder when there's a player trying to pin the ball to
the ground though.

Pretty sure having watched the whole match last night that there
were several cases of us pulling the man up with the ball that
weren't then given as pens for holding on. Exe weren't great and
Tempest is awful 😔
