O/T - England summer training squad - due tomorrow
   DIR By: Banstead Quin

Just seen that Eddie is due to name his training squad ahead of
       the summer tour to Oz.
Assuming Marcus, Dommers and March are shoe-ins, Bi Joe if he
wants to tour and it would be great to see Louis & Cadan in
there as well. If Eddie is using it to see whats coming through.
Would like to see Collier as well and I think Tiz has more than
earned it, before he goes off to 'them'.
       Thoughts

I'm sure I read somewhere that Marler has made himself
       unavailable.
Can't see Murley going. So many good back 3 options at the
       moment.
Tizard I think deserves a crack. Lots of competition, but he
should certainly be ahead of Ewels

Is Bi Joe the new GI Joe, but more awake?

Superb Bolly, i'd say more aware than awake :-)
Note to self, read before pressing post

I think "Bi" means he plays both sides... of the front row.

I'd like to think Murley has a chance. He's not as lauded as
many other options, but his season's stats are excellent and
Eddie a) likes to surprise people and b) looks at the numbers
       rather than the column inches.
Eddie's been very happy to pick Nowell in the past, and right
now Murley is more like Nowell than 2022 Nowell is.

       Yep. 100% agree.
There are lots of ‘good back three options’ about, but with the
exception of Steward, I’d argue that no-one has really claimed a
       shirt.
Malins has had good moments, but is keeping a shirt warm for
Watson/May rather than really challenging them for it.
Nowell and Cokanasiga are very injury prone and haven’t been
anywhere near top form when they have been fit.
Radwan can be electric, but can also be anonymous. Likewise
Odogwu who I has slipped behind Hougaard (as a winger) for a
       starting spot at Wasps.
Hassell-Collins is similar and while he’s been in the squad,
he’s not impressed enough to get a cap yet.
Arundell is the latest player to cause a stir, but Murley and
Lynagh have a much better body of work and both are 100% in the
       mix IMO.
Also worth pointing out that it’s just a training camp, not the
       summer tour squad.

It's early days yet, but he does look he's going to be a bit
special and imagine a back three like that...

Charlie Morgan is reporting that Arundell is in line for a
call-up. Tom Pearson and Jack Willis are also mentioned as being
in contention, but I'm not sure if that's speculation or if
       there's anything concrete there.
