Big Summer Kick Off - timings

Does anyone know what the timings are for the various events at
the Big Summer Kick Off?
I know that kick-off for the game itself is at 15:00hrs but that
is literally the only timing given on the offie.
Examples:
Live music, team walk-over from the lil Stoop, 2012 winners
parade, community sevens, etc

To be fair to the club, they sent an email to ticket holders
last Thursday with all that info in it!

Maybe The Quin of England isn't a Ticket Holder yet.
