New season tickets suspended -- over subscribed

The Club has for the first time had to pause the sale of new
Season Ticket Memberships with immediate effect due to huge
demand from supporters for the 2022/23 season.
From today only 2021/22 Season Ticket Members will be able to
secure their Membership for next season by renewing their
Membership. Members are reminded that they have until 17:00,
27th May to secure their seat at The Stoop for every game and
benefit from a discounted renewal price.
After this date, all seats will be released on General Sale in
early June for any supporter to purchase, subject to
availability.
Any supporter that has recently contacted the Club’s Ticketing
Department via email or phone and is in the process of
completing a transaction for Membership, will be contacted in
the coming days to complete their purchase.
Any new supporter wishing to buy a Season Ticket Membership for
next season will be able to join a priority waiting list.
Any 2021/22 renewing Member who wishes to buy additional
Memberships for next season should also sign up to the priority
waiting list and indicate they are an existing Member as they
will be prioritised.
In early June, the Club will contact all supporters on the
waiting list to offer them priority access to buy any remaining
Memberships.
It is anticipated that the Club will need to limit the total
number of Members for the first time to ensure the right balance
of Members and Match Ticket buyers for the new season, allowing
all supporters an opportunity to see Harlequins play.
We thank our supporters for their understanding as we manage the
huge level of demand across our rapidly growing supporter base.

This looks like the window for existing season ticket holders to
move has gone as well.

It's less good news if you have an issue with season ticket
renewal (we do) and the club has not responded to your queries
about it (they haven't) but the most equitable solution probably
involves moving (it does).

Isn’t this what was already in place?
You had the renew window open until the 27th anyway
Tickets don5 go on general sale until the 28th, thought that was
always the case
Maybe just a bit of marketing spin

No, the general sale started on 21st April.
Current season ticket holders have until 27th May to renew at
renewal price.
Mon 30th May to Wed 1st June was the moving window.
Then all seats would be made available on Thurs 2nd June

To be clear it's April 27th - deadline is May 27th. I just
called them and got more or less straight through, so you should
be fine.

They opened it up for new members on a WL last week so if you
were hoping to switch seats chances are poorer now. They have
never done it before in my memory 20 odd years and seemed a poor
idea at the time. In my opinion they are just getting a bit
carried away. Far too much hype and what goes up …. Just saying.

Well, I wonder what the limit will be, got to be 13k max to
leave seats for away fans ect
It's a great problem for the club to have, far better then empty
stadiums like some others in the premiership.
It's a pain for the likes of me as getting adhoc match tickets
for a group of 4 or 6 will be near impossible again next season
so we will make use of away games more as we have this season.
But great for the club and should help get closer to balancing
the books.
You might not like it as you can't change your seat or you might
question the club's sales plan or motives, just get behind the
team on match days and if you don't like it ignore the business
side of sport.

Thought it was 25% of capacity for Euro Champions knockout
games. Not sure though.
