Sarries have over 5000 STHs who will no doubt want to sit in
their own seats and I'd presume many other regular but non-STHs
will try to get where they normally sit - if we are given a ¼ of
the seats, then it will be hard to avoid large clumps of Quins
fans around the stadium, if they give us that many.
I cannot find an mention of what percentage away teams will
receive except for that last year, each finalist got ¼ of the
tickets, meaning 50% went on/to general release/RFU besties...

Of course, what a bunch of fans who wanted to sit together could
do would be to book tickets for a Saracens home game so that
they are on the Saracens ticketing system and will be notified
of the semi final. Just sayin'

Well, we played them in the semi at their place in 2014, and
completely outsang them, even when it was clear we were getting
beaten. I can't see anything but a repeat.

Yes it was a very hot day and that wretched pitch reflected the
sun and Danny in particular really suffered. That was a Stand up
       for Saracens v Quins day.

I know people are looking up and down in terms of what needs to
happen to get 2nd/confirm at least 4th place.
Essentially, to ensure play-offs, 1 point for us on Friday will
knock Exeter out of contention with us - we will be on 73 and
they will be on 62 with 2 games to play.
A win (4 or 5 points) on Friday will knock Saints out too and
confirm our qualification. We will be on 76 or 77, Saints will
be on a maximum of 65 points (given a TBP and an LBP) with 2
games to play. We then don't need to worry about what happens
between Glaws and Bath on Saturday! So here's hoping for a big
win on Friday night - I can't wait!!!
Looking above us for 2nd, we are then hoping that Wuss can do
something against a Sarries team who maybe have one eye on the
Challenge Cup (hopefully they do?!!) What might be more possible
is Saints or Glaws maybe getting a win against a rotated Sarries
team in May/June. Sarries are 5 points ahead of us, so we need
them to lose one and drop a BP in another in order for us to
sneak ahead, provided we get maximum points against Saints,
Glaws and Exeter. It is possible!!!
Anyway, first things first: let's beat Saints at the Gardens and
ensure we are in the play-offs again.

My view is... last year I thought we were comfortably worse than
the 3 sides who finished ahead of us in the league, and we won
our two knockout matches. This year I think Sarries and Tigers
are better than us, so I'm not going to worry too much about it.
If we don't get a incredibly unlikely home semi, I'd marginally
prefer Tigers, but whatever happens happens - either we'll just
Quins some poor team to bits, or we'll lose to quality
       opposition.
Frankly I'm just happy we've not been a flash in the pan; we've
suffered from England callups and injuries this season, plus a
little bit of having been worked out by the opposition, and have
not had the ridiculous luck with the weather we did last season
       - and we're still fighting for 2nd place. That's great
consistency and I'm really proud of how the team has played this
season. Other sides are terrified of us and we've stuck to our
guns with our attacking style, and seen the rewards. I also
think we've been a real positive influence on the league as a
whole, as well as on individuals who are having to compete with
(or at least compare favourably with) Quins players for England
selection - e.g. I think Farrell's really stepped up his
       attacking play.
There's so much to be happy about with this season. The
re-signings, the style of play, the way Tabai Matson presents
himself and our club, the atypical contracts for the coaching
staff, the youngsters, the international recognition... Great
stuff. Everything after the last day of the regular season is
just gravy for me, because we've proved that we can back up last
       season's scorching finish.

I think the entire team was just knackered. Sarries had been on
holiday for weeks having won the league by miles, and we were
fighting tooth and nail right up to the end. We outplayed them
in the first half but in the final quarter they just blew us
       away.
