That would be all well and good if Dombrandts push had made any
difference, Green went high regardless of the push.

Also, was there obstruction for Tigers ' first try? It looked
like their tighthead backed a potential tackler out of the
channel

That dombrandt / marler decision is laughable. Barnes can't help
himself. By all means don't give the red, but to penalise us is
bizarre

Not enjoying this as much as I feel I should be. We're giving
them too much respect I think and playing a bit within
ourselves.

It’s all a matter of opinion, I think a penalty was harsh
though. In real time it didn’t look that obvious but when you
watch Dombrandt, it could be argue he did push Marler and maybe
Tigers were making a hash of the tackle, but Domrbandts actions
was enough for the ref and TMO to have their opinions on the
outcome. If Dombrandt didn’t do that action in no doubt they’d
be down to 14

I thought the same. However, I also thought Tizard’s offload to
Dombrandt in the build up to the first try and Marcus’ pass for
Murley for the second we’re probably forward so that’s probably
evened it out.

That’s fair. Although I’d stress that a player making a high
tackle (which would have happened irrespective of Dombrandt’s
push) was the far more dangerous action of the two and is the
one that needs stamping out.
Trying to be officious and clever over technicalities isn’t
going to help.

Barnes wasn't trying to be clever - it's something they're
looking for and I think it was the TMO who spotted it.

Perhaps Quins could try calming down and not destroying
advantageous situations.
