Season ticket - direct debit - no need to do anything?

Hi, this is a bit "that's what it says on the internet" but I'm
a bit anxious given the website...
When I log on to my account on the ticket website, it says I
don't have a membership to renew - and nothing to click
anywhere.
There's one line in all the communications from the club that
says if you've got a direct debit you don't have to do anything.
So is that going to be alright? Anyone else on DD and did you
have to do anything?

On the Your Account bit in the top right you should have a red
spot that leads to a notification on which you can see your
renewal deal.
I'm glad I checked because instead of 2 adults, 1 child and 1
parent and child renewals, they've set me up for 4 new adult
tickets and one adult renewal - about £1000 more than I think it
should be. And yes, I will phone the club this afternoon.

I was a bit concerned as well, but then again I question it
every year. I have no notifications yet and pay direct debit.

Yeah didn’t have that notification.
Emailed the club who assure me it’s all fine and dd just carries
on.

Is there a fee associated with direct debit payments this season
does anybody know?

If it's like last season, there's a £2 fee that is folded into
the DD payments. I'd carried over the 20/21 ST payments as a
credit to cover the this season, but because it was a new
processing system, I still had to set up a new DD for the £2 fee
to be charged.

I don't know if this applies but one reason to go in and
manually renew is if you want to use any Quins credit against
your ST.

Just checked my renewal DD and they are charging me £850 instead
of £825, pay for my Wife and Daughter so have emailed to see if
they are being overcharged as well.

I emailed the club and they confirmed that as I pay by direct
debit my season tickets would automatically renew and any unused
credits would be deducted from the cost of the season ticket.

Fair enough. I’ve not noticed any communication that stated that
but that’s probably just me. 🙂
