I remember Ross Chisholm - pre his knee reconstructions -
scoring some absolute crackers in 2011-12. That was the year
that Mike Brown won Player of the Year, Player's Player,
Supporter's Player and Try of the Year (though I don't remember
the try in question) but we joked that the Mike Brown Award for
Being Mike Brown was won by Ross.

Every try in that semi final against Bristol brought about
ever-increasing delirium amongst the 500. I will never forget it
and sometimes get scared that it didn't happen!
And then the final too! Lynagh's clincher was again utter
pandemonium!
They were all significant and special. However, Marchant's on
Saturday was utterly sensational. Just superb vision, belief and
skill from first to last. Sublime.
The fact that this current crop are just so likeable makes every
try a special one. However, when Joe Marler next scores....boy
oh boy will we raise the roof! Hopefully it happens on Saturday
against his old mate Dan Cole!

Maybe someone who knows how can set up a YouTube channel with
all of the great ones and then add to it every time we score
another. Then, if the dark times return, we'll have something to
cheer us?

That's a pretty good idea actually, I might look into that
during the off-season.

Visser last knockings against Saracens 2017. Really not a good
era for Quins but what an ending that was.
From our house we could always hear HQ but had never heard Stoop
before.
When Visser went over and the place erupted my wife text me and
said “have you just scored”.
