To be honest the way London Scottish are playing this season it
makes little difference if the players are on the pitch or not.

How great must it be to be named after both Blues Brothers?

I was thinking that Rigeletto, shame the surname was hyphenated
       as Elwood-Blues.....

Given the result of RP against Chinnor, and Jersey v Scottish,
what does that say about the state of the academy?
Though that could be more to do with settled sides playing
       disrupted ones.

Dont think it says a great deal tbh
Scottish really are dire, and I dare say without a few of our
boys this season they would have been humped even more. As
mentioned elsewhere, Hammond and Juruvicius have also played for
them this season and they have been excellent in the first team.
I think the regular rugby is doing our academy boys the world
of good, same for those at Richmond.

I believe LS have used 22 loan players this season of which 10
       are from us.
I'm not really sure LS have any club identity or purpose at
       Championship level.

It must be quite hard for the permanent LS players to motivate
themselves when they know that they might well not play on any
given week because we want our DR players to get game time
       instead

Scottish have become a real mess since they decided to find
their own ground. Several players joined Richmond and they train
in Maidenhead I think. Not very local if you have a job in the
Richmond area. It’s difficult to see what the board want to do
but it does seem like they are trying to be a totally amateur
set up. They were the only club not to participate in the
       Championship last season.

Im not sure they have had enough permanent players over the
course of the season tbh. At one point they had a London Broncos
       RL winger playing for them
