And with a Prime account of course. For those that don't have
one and don't want to have one (a sentiment I understand and
concur with) you can just sign up for a free month trial and
cancel it without any cost, having watched the Quins series of 3
programmes assuming they are all available within the month of
course.
Does anyone know if you can record programmes on Prime? I know
you can't if you go in via the app but on my BT / YouView box
there is a dedicated channel for prime but that probably just
opens up the app too

I used my free Amazon Prime Trial to watch Clarkson’s farming
programmes, so will have to pay £8 this time so it had better be
good. 😒

I doubt they earned much if anything at all.
Obano’s outfit are a small production company.
Quins may well have paid for it to be made in the hope someone
would pick it up - that’s the way most shows are made.
I imagine Obano’s lot pitched the idea to Quins.
Amazon are very unlikely to have funded or been involved in any
way.
I’m guessing they’re using Amazon’s per view royalties system of
getting money (you get a tiny bit of cash for every stream of a
programme)
I really do hope it’s good - but it appears to be about pre
season training with lots of interviews.
They won’t have rights to any match footage unless BT have done
a deal (which might possible I guess given they’re getting out
of sport and making tv in general)

Yes, it will just launch the app. Anything on Prime is streamed
on demand, and can't be viewed offline without an account.
