Ah yes, the 'Supporter Experience'. Every club says it's their
top priority but very few (if any) can actually deliver it.
We're a fickle bunch and when they fix one thing (2 seasons too
late) something else is already top of the irksome list.
       Who'd be a club owner?

I was a bit underwhelmed with the Stadium. View from our corner
seats was fine. Getting into the stadium wasn't that easy. Bars
seemed to be very small and apparently not very well run. I
didn't have time to check out the rest of the stadium.

One of the great days to be a Quins fan. Got the bus over Kew
Bridge at 12.30, to be greeted by the fantastic sight of the
huge flags , and hundreds of fans already outside the ‘ One over
the air’. Into the Express Tavern, again taken over completely
       by Quins fans.
In the ground and bars, it was just one of those occasions where
you seem to bump into every Quins fan you have ever had the
pleasure of meeting over the years. Great day, let’s enjoy these
times ( the players appear to be doing so).
Also, we’ll done Quinssa for all their efforts, in making it a
       glorious occasion.

Bars for the great unwashed were simply dreadful.

       Informative.
North side not so grand, for sure, and agree with T-B, the
facilities were limited and pretty unwelcoming, hard and cold
like a mini HQ, and all squeezed in by the railway line. But I
really liked the stadium inside. Compact and close to the pitch,
slightly bigger/better seats than home, fine view (if it wasn't
for our own fans constantly being on the move) and I liked the
varied shape of the stands with the characterful view of Kew
       Water Works tower.

I thought the bar service pretty dreadful. I was here for
another Irish game and it was equally dismal
People serving reminded of the ones you get in Twickenham that
seem never to have worked behind the bar in their life

We were right in the middle of the Quinssa section and just
behind were some obnoxious 'Quins fans' so I can understand the
       complaints.
These guys thought they were really funny shouting 'Who?' as
every LI player was announced, calling Paddy Jackson a rapist
and being generally boorish football supporters. Whatever you
think of Jackson (he was found not guilty) there is no need to
shout the odds with kids about.

Some one in our row went out for a beer within the first five
minutes, I was up and down throughout the match, tiresome.

The commentators made the observation (which I've heard a few
times before about other players) that Irish were targeting
Marchant with the kick off so that he wouldn't be available to
kick chase in the next phase.
It makes me wonder what teams could do to counter that tactic.
Playing another phase before kicking is one option (which
possibly explains why some teams do a very passive additional
phase that doesn't really improve distance or angle) as might be
just having someone tasked with taking an offload from him
before the tackle. But I'm surprised we didn't do more to have
him available because he's such a strong kick chaser.

I did chuckle at that given he was beating defenders for fun
       carrying the ball back...
