I have contacted Richmond Council on this matter and have asked
for a reply. If anyone else is so moved here is a link...

But NS has a point. Looking at the images shared and the Google
Maps grab, it does look like the area that's being used is the
Broadcast truck area & a little bit in front of the current Gate
       1 structures.

In total there are 6 Disabled Spaces by North Stand Entrance and
a few round by Langhorn Drive Entrance currently. This has NEVER
been sufficient even before we started increasing crowd sizes...

Deadly, I suggest you also contact the club directly sa well to
make your view known. They may be able to answer your issue.

Have done several times but responses were opaque to say the
least. Might ping LD a note though...

It's worth a try. There's sure to be a certain legal requirement
of the number of spaces a public sporting facility has to
       provide.

By setting the new fan village so far back in what is currently
the car park I think it clearly shows they intend to replace the
north stand sooner rather than later to increase capacity and
       need the immediate space behind

Watching the evening talk again just now, Laurie appears to be
indicating a new stadium is now more a long term goal with short
to medium term being including this new fan village in the North
stand, replicating it in the south and expanding the stadium
where possible - north stand seems to be the most obvious place.

There will be local parking standards for new car parks which
dictate a set proportion of disabled spaces to standard spaces.
Existing car parks affected by new development will normally
fall into this camp too. Don't think it's a legal requirement as
such, but that's a mute point.

       From my view:
More bars - great, the stoop has always been a pain to get beer
or even a coffee at half time and closer to kick off, other
premiership ground have far more bar/refreshment facilities and
this can only be good thing to better the experience.
More/Some undercover seating - great, this is needed, however,
will need to be controlled tightly to avoid overcrowding if its
wet or could turn into a mess with sheer numbers.
New Gate - great, better access for all
New/expanded Shop - OK, I understand it but I normally shop
       online
Now, what some may not like. To be clear I'm not a season
ticket holder, and there was a backlash from some fans when the
members bar was restricted to Prem & Gold only, why not have
this new area for the Club and Touchline members.
Non-season tickets fans could then use the Kings and other bars
which would have reduced traffic as a result therefore bettering
the experience for all and having the plus for the club that
when they do increase season tickets they can add the value of a
another 'member' bar for club and touchline.
       Just a thought.
