Really good points all, thanks for engaging to a smorgasbord of
       a debate.
As Kid states, the current plan is geared around Faz at 12 and
Tuilagi at 13 but that doesn't have a back up, as we've already
seen so if an interim was to come in, I'd rather they moved away
from that. 12 is only an issue because we don't have a 12 who
replicates Faz but a creative 12 outside Smith does work and
with a more attacking line, Marchant, Odogwu or Lawrence for
example, can all play at 13. Add in two pacey wingers and
Steward all running lines and kick chasing then it works, for me
       anyway.
Agreed on the pack albeit Ewels and Isikwe need to be replaced
and have a proper back row of personal like Curry/Willis ,
Lawes/Underhill and Dommers/Simmonds the you have good cover
and in the front row Sinckler/Collier, George/Cowan Dickie,
Genge (who has really impressed in the last fortnight)/Marler
then you have good cover there as well.
I fear that if Eddie stays, his vision in a Sarries defence and
set piece with a Tigers kicking game and a Quins attack with a
mixture of players across multiple teams who don't play those
styles. Best to pick one till the world Cup and fit the
       personnel to it.

The attack is a mess. Slade as first receiver hasn't worked and
we desperately needed someone in the centres just to straighten
       the attack and run hard.
Some are bemoaning lack of options at 12, but I don't buy that.
Atkinson, Devoto and possibly Kelly could all do a job and as
this champonship has shown, round pegs in square holes doesn't
work, and completely restructuring the backline/attack just
       because Manu's out is nonsensical.

the 1st rule of forums is don't feed the trolls, ignore them and
they go somewhere else to spout their nonsense

The current England situation has more than a hint of Quins 18
months ago, we knew we had some very talented players who
weren't performing to their potential because of the coaching, I
keep hearing that it's too close to the WC to change coach but
history both at prem and World level tell you it's not.

How long before that happens? It must have been ten years now.

I disagree. Sadly it's utterly believable.

The players are behind him so Joe says but we know what would
happen if they weren’t. Ask Danny and Mike.

dare I say, hopefully this is like a football 'vote of
confidence' - he'll be gone by the end of the week!
       But I doubt it sadly.

As an English club governed by the English RFU, I don't see an
issue with discussing the national team, especially given we had
four players in the matchday squad.

Yes and who would replace him Warren Gatland - I don’t think so.
