It's unclear whether there will be provisions for people to
attend in person. The phrasing is ambiguous: "The Club will
share a link ahead of the event with all supporters wishing to
dial in digitally." does suggest that this is one way of taking
part and that another might be a more "analogue" approach. Also,
taking it online means that more people can attend. There's
loads of us who live further away or who can't easily free up a
weekday evening to attend in person who have been effectively
locked out from these events over the years. Having it online
means we will *finally* be able to hear what's being said.
