Install bluestacks on your pc. Download the app from the play
store. Works perfectly. Sure I could get it on the telly if I
thought about it. Either chromecast or bluestacks on a
       firestick.

I started trying to cast my Samsung to laptop which had hdmi to
TV. I was using the Microsoft yourphone app. While the stream
was great on phone by the time it got to laptop it was awful. In
an inspired moment I used a USB hdmi adapter and just plugged
phone directly into TV. That worked. By a Windows version would
       be better!

I thought that Max Lahiff was good. He got the balance between
       humour and seriousness about right.
Also, it was good to have someone commentating who actually
understands what is going on the scrums and mauls.
Hopefully he will get to do more games.

Agreed. Lahiff was great (until he was left to do the stats
right at the end poor bloke) but Cox was bad. Seemed unable to
cope with Beard and Murley being two different people, couldn’t
follow the score and doesn’t actually give any insights into the
       rugby or understand the tactics.

I thought for £4.99 it was great. Yes the commentators are not
100% all over the game but they don't have anywhere near the
back up BT would provide their commentators with. I actually
think the most annoying thing was the camera angle at Ashton
Gate but that's the same with the BT feed too.
I'd love to know the stats behind how many people watched. Be
good intel for the clubs too to know how many subscribers they
have for their games etc. I'd normally have watched the Nor
Wasps game on BT but watched Quins instead - wonder if BT will
       notice many viewers doing this?

Quins attract a high audience. I am sure Tigers do as well.

Connected Samsung tablet to TV USBC to HDMI. worked great, a
better picture than when I watch via the Virgin TV app and
       connect to the tv.
Though Max Lahiff was amusing at first, but I found him more and
more annoying as the game went on,

I actually thought it was fine overall. Streaming always a
challenge on an LG TV as the native app fails after about 30
seconds but worked with an HDMI cable.
Yes it's a last minute decision and it does take a while to get
these things working and there will be bugs & annoying
inconveniences but when the alternatives are not watching it or
listening to BBC local radio bias, I'll take PRTV any day.

The person they employed to push the button which changes which
camera feed is shown didn't do a very good job. In fact I'd say
they were terrible at their job. Although I suppose it might be
a really big button which requires a lot of strength to press.
Or maybe it's in an awkward and hard to reach place, like behind
a shelf on the wall a foot and a half above their head.
At least two of the camera operators were substandard as well -
there was just no sense of when they were zoomed in too tightly.
