A strong team. Our back row still looks a little light but to be
fair so does Newcastle's who are missing Graham, Chick, Fearns
(and Wilson following his retirement).
Our front row options are back at full strength and feeling
confident we'll win the battle up front.

OK, can't believe no ones mentioned (all i want is a team of)
Mikey Brown(s).
Fantastic to see him back at the Stoop, sadly not in quarters
and you know he'll up his game and should be hilarious watching
him clean DC out of every ruck. I know that Tyrone has now well
and truly carried the torch on and is exceptional and their
battle should be great. Is this the first game at the Stoop
where we won't be making the elongated "wohhhhhhhh" chant when
the oppo fullback stands under the high ball?

It would be great if Falcons allowed Mike to lead the team out
on his own for a few seconds so we could give him a proper
welcome back but unlikely I suppose !

Like that idea Archquin and as he's not staying up there, maybe
they will. The man deserves a good welcome and I'm sure if he
scores a try, he'll get a good applause from us.
Obviously, I'd expect him to be targeted on the pitch by Symo,
Lawday and Andre and if he doesn't go home with bruised ribs,
I'd be disappointed but would love us to pick him up on a one
year contract so he can end his career at home. Unfair on Nick
David I know.

Apologies for not commenting on this sooner, but I've been
carefully mulling it over, because as you know my astute
observations are almost always accurate.
It's a good side on paper, and I think we will certainly have
the edge in the forwards. Radwan needs to be shackled as I can
imagine he will be wanting to show what EJ is missing, plus last
time he was here he was a handful despite the result.
It's a toss up between a 50-12 loss, or a 32-16 win. I will go
with the latter.

And I don't blame him, I was hurting for him. Ridiculous
decision by firstly the Match officials and backed up by the
citing panel. But let's not rehash that all over again.

Yeah, that one where he trod on a bloke's head, got a red card
and pleaded guilty at the hearing. Ridiculous!

I’m not sure he will be comfortable running out to cheers.
Its not all about him, it's about us :-)

Like one big 2012 reunion out there tonight. Minty and Brownie
with Karl Dickson in the middle of DC and Joe with NEV coaching
and Luke Wallace on the water!
