The BBC clearly shows LaunchB starting against all three of the
teams mentioned...

I think with Manu coming back in, it's very understandable. Daly
for me has always been best at 13 & Marchant like Daly, is not a
winger or full back. Plus Daly's long range kicking will away a
close decision.

Yet Marchant has been played on the wing by the Blues, Quins and
England. And done a more than adequate (some would say pretty
good) job.

I know I'm a Scot but IMHO, an almost fit Launchbury is streets
ahead of Ewers or Hill. And not the same penalty machine. Daly
can kick from distance and can play across the backs but his
defense is really poor at Test level. He has been at fault at
least once in almost every England Test he's played in for an
opposition try. Missed tackles or poor positioning. Rarely
happens for Marchant. Though I do accept him facing D'Arcy
Graham with a player on both sides was a difficult choice for
Scotland's try at Murrayfield.
Good news is we have Joe for the Wuss game. Eddie's loss is
hopefully Quins's gain
