Harlequinns Board Structure and members

Dear Sir/Madam
i am a 2nd year university Student, studying sports governance
at Manchester Metropolitan University.
As part of my assignment i am looking to find out:-
the current board structure,
board members at HRFC
board roles etc at HRFC
people that report into the board, and subsidiary groups etc
i would be grateful if anyone could help me find any information
relating to this, all i can see on the website is that Owen
Eastwood has been appointed.
any help would be warmly welcome, either direct information or
website links etc

Owen has not been added to the board at companies house for some
reason.

Remember there are Multiple Companies that have been set up to
protect the investment of 1 area of the club failing.

I think it is somewhat complicated
I think we are owned by Somers Isles Private Trust Company
Limited. Which is a Bermuda based investment holding.
Basically, Quins Holding company is a very small part of their
portfolio.
- and, the portfolio is managed by a company called ICM
The Quins Holding company then owns smaller companies - which
include the estate (basically the Stoop) and the team. (As well
as things like the foundation. They also own companies such as
Blue Sky - which I think is the events company.
Good luck - I think it will take some unravelling.
