I think that the last time it happened that we had to buy
tickets for a knockout game was for the Challenge Cup semi final
v Grenoble on 22/4/2016
I can see that I only paid £15 for my regular ticket in the
South Stand.
There would be some inflation over 6 years - so probably add a
fiver. (Compare to £40 for this game)
I can't say how this compared to the normal ticket price at the
time.
Also - this was for the Challenge cup. I am sure that Champions
cup would be quite a bit more expensive.

Tickets for the Munster 1/4 final in 2013 were from £25 (Jester)
to £53 (Gold).

Erm, yeah so if you follow the instructions on the email, you
can just buy your normal seat -- it's been reserved for you and
is under "reserved tickets" on your profile.
Also not surprised by the prices -- my seat is 65 quid if I was
able to buy it as a one-off any other similar category match, so
that's the cost for me for this one since it isn't part of the
season ticket.....

Basically - it is going to cost me approximately:
(I haven't decided on the away game @ Montpellier yet - so won't
include it)
Montpellier @ home - £40
Semi final @ home - £40
Finals, etc - £500
Semi final at home for Premiership - £40
Tickets to the final @ the Big Stoop - £80
Final to Premiership cup to watch us get the treble - £60
So - close to £800

The good news is the past 10 years have been relatively cheap
because we were awful.

You've missed out the Euro Quarter final at home. Plus the
semi-final will be at a neutral ground so potentially more
expensive.

A couple of people on FB have made the same mistake, saw their
seat was unavailable and bought another close by. 😅
I expect lots of people will be emailing or phoning to find out
why their seat isn't available because they haven't read the
email they were sent in full.
