Guest discount tickets for "Big Summer Kick Off" --

Spoke to someone in the ticket office, who sound like they're
desperately trying not to cry with the amount of calls....
They confirmed there's currently an issue with the guest
discount not being able to be selected for members booking the
Glos "Big Summer" match.
She was able to sort my seats over the phone but I'd advise
keeping checking back on Ticketmaster - club are aware so assume
pressuring them to sort it asap.

I'm not surprised. I've rarely had cause to get in contact with
the ticket office in 30 years but this year I've needed to on 3
or 4 occasions concerning Ticketmaster and ticket
forwarding/sales etc.. Judging by comments on here I'm not the
only one. So they're probably short staffed and much busier. I
bet they love Ticketmaster.

I'd just remind everyone that the ticket office staff are some
of the nicest people in the world. They really work ar sorting
out your problems. I'm sure you've all been super nice up to
now, please let that continue.

I've emailed them. For whatever reason, I can't assign a ticket
to my Wife (who's also a season ticket holder) so can't actually
purchase.

I couldn’t do my daughter’s without paying but ticket office
rescued me.

Cannot speak highly enough of our Ticket Office. Bin
Ticketmaster as far as I'm concerned, they are A! Useless. I had
an order for 15 tickets made up of 7 Premier, 2 Club requiring
Upgrades and 6 Guest Tickets. OMG it was fun watching the
Ticketmaster site throw a wobbly!
One quick phonecall to our Ticket Office (once you get through
the slightly circular queuing system...) and 5 minutes later,
Bingo, all sorted with slightly better seats than we have at The
Stoop. Also, to upgrade a child seat was discounted on the Adult
Upgrade. Blood-y marvellous!
