Ludlum was another who should have stayed and putting Nowell on
minute 80 is just crass.Jones further failed to put on a hooker
so Joe had to throw and did he then tell Curry to go for touch
and not goal with last penalty?
We have absolutely no hope in RWC.

Marcus isn't the best 10 in the world. He needs to show his
skills at international level and what we've seen is promising
but nothing more. I have faith he will show everyone but we've
only seen flashes so far - and some errors and disappointing
touch finders.

I was quite surprised by the pundits and media making such a big
deal of the crossfield kick not coming off. Anyone know if it's
the first time at international level that one of them has not
been accurate enough?

I re watched the match this evening, now I'm not half cut after
a general anaesthetic. I thought the law was that you had to
exit the tackle area towards the touch line ? Scotland seemed to
crawl back to their side over the top a lot
That quick throw in for the 1st half try is dodgy too.
Definitely thrown to the Scots player by non playing person who
takes it quickly (after it looked to me that a line was formed
too).

I did think at the time that they couldn’t take a quick LO as
the ball had been caught by a non player, but guessed I must has
not seen it right.
Oh well it’s spilt milk now so must cry over it.
Sometimes you get away with things. We still could have won that
game but didn’t.

If the line had formed and he threw it in from the correct
place, what's the problem?

I'm not convinced it had fully formed and there was a Scottish
guy running out of it who hadn't retreated the full distance.
